Steeped in the tradition of family-band bluegrass and shaped by modern country’s catchy hooks, Julia Vos is carving out an unmistakable artistic identity in Alberta’s country scene. Her crowd-favourite single, “I Only Kiss Cowboys” has become an anthem for prairie nights, helping her grow a loyal following both onstage and online. 

Akin to artists like Lainey Wilson and Terri Clark, Vos brings an undeniable poignancy to her songwriting and a standout tone that sets her apart. Her music focuses on the stories that matter, while her live show spans festival stages, songwriter rounds, and late-night honky-tonks.

She has opened for Corb Lund, and has shared the stage with Gord Bamford, Paul Brandt, Tebey, and Dan Davidson.
