Wine Garden Package

This space can accommodate groups of 10 - 300 people for lunch and the Rodeo, or 10 - 100 for dinner and the Evening Show.

A sampling of three wines accompanied by a charcuterie board, followed by a hearty buffet meal will satisfy all menu preferences including those with dietary restrictions. After your meal, move to your seats at Level 5 of GMC Stadium. Upgrades are available at request and additional cost.

Both packages will receive:

• Entry to Stampede Park
• Access to the Wine Garden from 11 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. for the Rodeo and from 5 - 7:45 p.m. for the Evening Show.
• $15 in beverage vouchers and three wine samplings per person. Extra beverage vouchers available to purchase.
• Gourmet cuisine prepared by our Executive Chef.
• Reserved seats at Level 5 of the GMC Stadium to watch the Rodeo or Evening Show. Upgrades are available at an additional cost.

Rodeo Itinerary

11 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. – Arrive and enjoy the wine-tasting and lunch buffet.

1:15 - 2 p.m. - Move to your seats in GMC Stadium and settle in for the Rodeo.

1:30 p.m. – Calgary Stampede Rodeo begins.

Approx. 4:30 p.m. – Rodeo concludes.

Post-Event - Explore the rest of what Stampede Park has to offer.

Evening Show Itinerary

5 p.m. – Arrive and make your way to the Wine Garden located inside the BMO Centre.

5 - 7:30 p.m. – Enjoy the wine-tasting and dinner buffet.

7:15 - 7:30 p.m. - Move to your seats at GMC Stadium.

7:30 p.m. – Chuckwagon races begin followed by the Relay Races, Evening Show, and the Fireworks Finale.

11:15 p.m. – Evening Show concludes.
