Rangeland Tent Rodeo Package

This 600-person capacity tent can accommodate private groups of 450 – six hundred, or semi-private for groups of ten or more.

Start your day off at 11:30 a.m. with lunch and live music in the Rangeland Tent to set you in the Stampede mood for the day. The large tent and outdoor hosting area are the perfect setting for mingling with your guests before the Rodeo. The hearty buffet lunch will satisfy all menu preferences including those with dietary restrictions.

After lunch move to your seat located at the south end of Level 5 of GMC Stadium. Upgrades are available at request and at an additional cost.

You will receive:

• Entry to Stampede Park
• Access at Rangeland Tent from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Live Western musical entertainment
• $15 in beverage vouchers per person – use either in the Rangeland Tent or at the GMC Stadium concessions. Additional available to purchase.
• Reserved seats in Level 5 of GMC Stadium to watch the Calgary Stampede Rodeo. Upgrades are available at an additional cost.

Itinerary

11:30 am - 1:15 p.m. – Arrive, enjoy the live entertainment, and lunch buffet.

1:15 p.m. - Move to your seat and settle in for the Rodeo.

1:30 p.m. – Calgary Stampede Rodeo begins.

Approx. 4:30 p.m. – Rodeo concludes.
