A powerful new voice in country music, 22-year-old singer/songwriter Brandon Wisham possesses the kind of raw talent that instantly commands the spotlight. Originally from Savannah, Georgia but raised in Williamston, South Carolina, Wisham grew up as the youngest of seven children and took up guitar as a child, then began playing cover shows in local bars when he was just 15. At 19, Wisham wrote his first-ever song — “Pain Won’t Last,” a heartrending track about losing his father to Covid — which quickly landed a global publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music and The Core Entertainment. Along with cutting his own version of “Pain Won’t Last” for 2023’s platinum-certified Religiously. The Album., country superstar Bailey Zimmerman enlisted the rising young musician as support for a major tour that launched in LA in early 2024. Wisham has since released his debut single “Back Together,” followed by “Better Than The Day,” which shortly after got added to SiriusXM The Highway’s On The Horizon. With “Growin’ Up,” Wisham shows his more introspective side and serves up a sing-along-ready reflection on coming of age — a track that has since climbed into the Top 20 on SiriusXM The Highway Countdown and continues rising. “She’s Good,” adds an emotionally charged anthem to his growing catalog, and singles like “Whiskey’s Whisperin’” continues to showcase his reflective storytelling. With six songs out, this year SiriusXM The Highway named Wisham its Highway Find, as well as most recently named a 2026 Pandora Artist to Watch and included in Hits Daily Double’s Q4 New & Developing list. This year, he toured with Chase Matthew, Tyler Hubbard, Lakeview, Austin Snell, Priscilla Block, and made his CMA Fest debut. Looking ahead, Wisham is confirmed to hit the road with Nate Smith in 2026, and will perform at Stagecoach, Tortuga, Cavendish, and more, as he continues revealing the full force of his musical prowess through a deeply personal batch of songs graced with equal parts unfiltered humanity and fiercely hopeful spirit.
