Bijaan is a Calgary-based MC whose artistry bridges continents and cultures. With roots stretching across East Africa, India and Canada he brings a distinctly global perspective to hip-hop. Jungle, produced by Canadian hip-hop heavyweight Junia-T, is a bold exploration and declaration of identity, self-belief, and belonging, anchored by sharp lyricism, a commanding delivery and a triumphant beat.

From releasing mixtapes in high school, to performing at major festivals such as NXNE, Do It For The Culture, Sled Island, the JUNOs, and Aurorapalooza, to opening for Canadian legends Shad, TOBi & Kardinal Offishall, Bijaan has carved out his place as a rising voice in Canada’s hip-hop scene. With recent features in Rolling Stone India and Exclaim! magazine touting him as an artist you “need to hear,” along with countless Spotify & Apple editorial playlists, it comes as no surprise that Bijaan recently graced the Kato On The Track (Jack Harlow, Snoop Dogg) stage as an official performer at SXSW in Austin, Texas 2026 where he debuted his latest single FASHURE.
